Eight months in and the first structures are taking shape at the West Harbor complex in San Pedro. The Ratkovich Company and Jerico Development, the collaborative forces steering the 42-acre venture on the former site of Ports O' Call Village, have erected the steel framework for "Building A," and concrete is being poured by Ben F. Once complete, there will be a variety of dining establishments such as: King & Queen Cantina, Mike Hess Brewing, Hopscotch, Poppy + Rose, Pitfire Pizza, The Win-Dow, Olala Crepes, and Mario's Butcher Shop. Harbor Breeze Cruises is also slated to operate from the complex.

To round out the entire project, which is expected to be completed by 2025, developers look to include a satellite location for Hollywood's iconic Yamashiro restaurant as well as , a roughly 6,200-seat amphitheater and a new gondola attraction.

The project is spearheaded by a design team composed of Rapt Studio, James Corner Field Operations, and Studio One Eleven.
