Husband and Wife Owners of Merit Drywall Plead Guilty to Insurance Fraud

Leroy and Joyce Mehr, husband and wife owners of Merit Drywall in Annandale, Minnesota have pled guilty to insurance fraud.

They have been convicted of one count each of theft by swindle in the workers compensation insurance scheme that netted them more than $300,000.
