San Diego Padres Development Team to Transform Tailgate Park into Mixed-Use Community
San Diego Mayor, Kevin Faulconer, announced that a group calling themselves the Padres Development team, has won the bidding war to transform Tailgate Park into what the city describes in a statement as a, “vibrant, mixed-use destination called East Village Quarter.”
The development team includes Tishman Speyer and Ascendant Capital Partners.
