Massive Hollywood Park Mixed-Use Development Halfway Complete
Construction of the mixed-use development located on the former site of Hollywood Park Racetrack has passed the halfway point according to an announcement from development firm Wilson Meany.
The 300-acre project in Inglewood, CA, surrounds SoFi Stadium and will include a lake and public parks as well as retail space and a 6000-seat concert venue. The development will also offer 2500 new residences and a 300-room hotel.
“It delivers what so many of us seek today,” said developer Chris Meany, “high quality residences, environmentally superior offices, in a walkable neighborhood that enriches our quality of life.”
